Roundtable
Held the first Thursday of every month, 6:30 pm at Beymer Methodist Church, Winter Haven.
District Committee
Meets the last Wednesday of each month (one week and a day before roundtable) at 7:00 pm, at the Knights of Columbus, Downtown Winter Haven.
Commissioner Meetings
Meets the last Wednesday of each month (one week and a day before roundtable) at 6:30 pm, at the Knights of Columbus, Downtown Winter Haven.
